Olympus Energy and Charmed Resort Giveaway Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING

This is a giveaway hosted by Olympus Energy set-up and organized by no outside parties. It is meant for the purpose of increasing awareness of Olympus Energy , Charmed Resorts and their affiliates and partners. There is no purchase required in order to be entered to win. The prize is a one night stay at a Charmed Resort accommodation valued at approximately $483 but this price may fluctuate based on demand, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Winner will be selected by a random draw on December 23rd, 2021. 

MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER

PRIZE SPECIFICS:

There are a few specific stipulations of this giveaway:

☑️ Winner must book their accomodations in advance with Charmed Resort within the February – April season.

☑️ Winner will be required sign a waiver provided by Charmed Resort in order to claim prize and book their stay.

☑️ Prize is non-transferrable and has no cash value. Cannot be exchanged for money or other services. Cannot be traded, sold, or passed on to another person outside of the immediate family of the selected winner.

☑️ If the winner does not respond within 10 days of the draw date another winner may be drawn. Requirement to claim prize is valid I.D showing name and address of the winner matching that of the entry submitted.

☑️ After winner has been contacted and the prize distributed it is up to the winning party to make arrangements with Charmed Resort to claim their prize. Any additional days or add ons requested may come with an extra cost. This communication IS NOT facilitated by Olympus Energy, you will be contacted by Olympus Energy’s marketing team to be informed that you have one ( by phone and email ). At this time you will be provided with a contact name and number at Charmed Resorts to follow up with. 

RESPONSIBILITY

Neither Olympus Energy nor Charmed Resorts has any responsibility or liability to any additional expenses, injuries, or personal harm attributed to the entering or winning of this random draw giveaway. Winner should be appropriately insured before claiming this prize.
