How do I sign up?

Great question! Click on the sign-up button on the main page and fill out the application form online. It will ask for your name, address, and email address. Then choose your energy plan.

You will then receive a follow up email asking you to send in bank information. A scanned void cheque is best. Once that is sent in you will receive confirmation that your application is being processed, and another email letting you know your energy is live.

Are there any sign-up fees?

No, absolutely not!

Am I locked into a contract?

No, Absolutely not!

Are there any cancellation fees?

Nope! But, please give us 10 days notice in order to take care of the cancellation.

If I am currently in a contract with another company can I switch to Olympus?

Yes! Most retailers require a 30 days notice of cancellation. If you are on the Regulated Rate Option (RRO) with Enmax, Epcor, Fortis or ATCO, you can cancel at anytime.

What are my payment options?

Pre-authorized debit from a bank account is the only payment method available.
