How do I sign up?
Great question! Click on the sign-up button on the main page and fill out the application form online. It will ask for your name, address, and email address. Then choose your energy plan.
You will then receive a follow up email asking you to send in bank information. A scanned void cheque is best. Once that is sent in you will receive confirmation that your application is being processed, and another email letting you know your energy is live.
Are there any sign-up fees?
No, there are no sign-up fees. In some cases, due to credit rating, a deposit may be required.
Am I locked into a contract?
Most of our services are not locked in contracts. In some cases there may be an early exit fee.
Are there any cancellation fees?
If I am currently in a contract with another company can I switch to Olympus?
